On the 2nd of July they sent out a notice to members of the EntLib community that the June 2005 edition was released. To quote the notice:

I’m sure I’m late to the ballgame with this announcement since the postdate on this is back in May; however, this is pretty good news.
Rick LaPante has stated that the role based Team System editions of MSDN Subscriptions (aka, Architect, Tester and Developer editions) will also come with Team Foundation Server capable of running up to five users.
He also states that complaints were heard about confusion on what will be included in the new format of MSDN subscription editions and gives a URL for that.
