Ann Arbor Talk Recap and Question Answered

I gave my “Be a Rules Follower” presentation tonight at the Ann Arbor Developer’s group. It was really interesting to visit another user group and see how their meeting are run compared to CINNUG. I think the talk went really well and everyone was a good sport about my audience participation gimmick. I got a lot of really good questions from the group. If you attended then I hope you got something useful out of the talk, and if you missed the talk, then I’m giving it again next week at the CINNUG meeting.

.NN #6: Odds & Ins - Productivity

I’m glad I called this blog series semi-regular. :) I’ve not had a chance to finish up my latest installment so I thought I’d throw a post out that just had some odds and ins in it about productivity. As developers we spend a LOT of time typing, writing code and working in applications. We can increase our efficiency quite a bit by becoming very familiar with the tools we use by learning shortcuts, new features and maybe even generating some macros.
